Wellness Programs Terms & Conditions

This agreement applies to all Soul Therapy Media programs, experiences, and services.

1. Nature of the Experience

Soul Therapy Media provides personal development and wellness programs, experiences, and services designed to support reflection, clarity, and personal growth through guided sessions, tools, and individual and/or group engagement. These offerings are professional personal development services intended to support growth and well-being and are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, or clinical care.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Services

By participating in any Soul Therapy Media program, experience, or service, you acknowledge that these offerings are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Soul Therapy Media and its facilitators are not acting as licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical providers in this capacity. These offerings do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition. If you are experiencing mental health or medical concerns, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified licensed professional.

3. Personal Responsibility

You understand that your participation is voluntary and that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. While guidance, tools, and support may be provided, you agree to engage at your own pace and exercise your own judgment in how you apply what is shared.

4. No Guarantees

Soul Therapy Media programs, experiences, and services are designed to provide meaningful support and tools for growth; however, results will vary based on individual participation, circumstances, and commitment. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

5. Confidentiality & Group Participation

Group experiences are intended to create a respectful and supportive environment. Participants are expected to honor the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding what is shared within the group. While this expectation is emphasized, confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed in a group setting.

6. Participation & Conduct

By enrolling, you agree to engage respectfully with others and contribute to a safe, supportive, and constructive environment. You also agree to take ownership of your experience and participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Soul Therapy Media and its representatives shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation in any program, experience, or service. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your experience.

8. Payment & Commitment

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. By enrolling in a Soul Therapy Media program, experience, or service, you are committing to participate as outlined at the time of registration.

9. Organizational Participation (if applicable)

If enrolling on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and/or participating team members.

10. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By completing your registration and/or selecting the agreement checkbox at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Participation Agreement & Disclaimer and agree to the terms outlined above. You are choosing to participate in Soul Therapy Media programs, experiences, and services with full awareness and responsibility.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
