Iyanla Vanzant Wellness Branding & Marketing
A successful author, speaker, teacher and television personality/producer on the Oprah Winfrey Network, Iyanla Vanzant launched MasterPeace Body Therapy to provide luxury bath and body products to help people cleanse their bodies while clearing their energy. Our team was hired to rebrand the company, grow sales (more than 600% in one year), design and launch a new e-commerce website, redesign and launch new packaging, art direct a photo shoot, develop the marketing strategy, implement a product launch PR campaign, and assist with developing new products.
Fusion Festival (WACIF)
We supported the Second Annual Fusion Festival at the Anacostia Arts Center, powered by WACIF, by making the event more immersive and wellness-centered through intentional experience design and branded elements. The Fusion Festival is a community-focused gathering where attendees come together to learn, connect, and grow, celebrating creativity, culture, wellness, and collaboration across the DC metropolitan area. The 2025 festival provided a pivotal opportunity to prioritize well-being and connection, featuring activations like Connection Hubs, live plant giveaways, and inspirational quote cards, along with intentional food and beverage choices that included vegan, vegetarian, and healthier options. Our team also managed vendor coordination, setup, and logistics, while providing marketing support and event strategy to elevate the festival experience. The result was a joyful, welcoming environment where guests left energized, inspired, and fully immersed in both wellness and community connection.

National Urban League Centennial Exhibit
For the National Urban League’s Centennial Conference in Washington, DC we unveiled the organization’s 4000 square foot Empowerment Exhibit. This mobile museum with more than 25 high-definition LCD’s, multiple videos and interactives, and dynamic images, this portable museum—which chronicles the Urban League’s journey to the present—drew audible gasps, caused tears to flow, and visibly inspired attendees of all ages and races to take charge of the future. The high-tech, high-touch exhibit traced the history of the Urban League through an interactive look at its vision for future generations of communities of color, and inspired many to commit to the Urban League’s mission.
Washington Informer 60th Gala
Soul Therapy Media partnered with The Washington Informer to celebrate its 60th anniversary with an unforgettable evening. In just four months, we handled end-to-end event and brand design, including all visuals, messaging, the gala website, and seven honoree videos highlighting influential family-owned businesses shaping D.C.’s Black community, including Ben’s Chili Bowl, Industrial Bank, and Lee’s Flower Shop. A centerpiece of the event was a historical photo exhibit, curated and designed by our team around the theme Legacy. Culture. Vision., showcasing historymakers and now touring the DMV, making its second stop at the H Street Festival in September. Combined with the awards program, music, and immersive guest experience, every detail reflected legacy, culture, and connection, leaving attendees moved, inspired, and energized.

Charles County Public Library
As a library system whose mission is to create opportunities for the community to engage, discover, and learn, the Charles County Public Library (CCPL) in Maryland sought to develop a new brand identity that captured its values, mission and transformation over the years. The new brand was developed to express that by being more inclusive, dynamic, and current to better reflect the diversity of its growing community. STM developed a cohesive new brand identity for CCPL which met the library’s goals and objectives.

Turner Construction DEI
A $10 billion+ firm, Turner Construction was looking to better promote it’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives both internally and externally. We worked with Turner to: redesign and create all new content for Turner’s D&I intranet; create a publication showcasing the diversity of their employees; and design an annual calendar highlighting event and dates throughout the year that honor a range of cultures and backgrounds. The new publications helped grow awareness of the work of the Diversity & Inclusion department within the organization, assisted in business development efforts, and enabled the Vice President of the division to easily articulate the value that a commitment to diversity within the organization brings to the business.
